Dynamic HUD v1.1.0 — What's New
HUD Elements
- Hotbar pops up when you scroll through slots, hides when you stop
- Hearts appear when you take damage or heal, and stay on screen when your health gets low
- Hearts show up when you're holding a weapon so you can keep an eye on your health in combat
- Hunger bar appears when your hunger drops or when you're holding food — stays visible when you're getting really low
- Armor shows when you're holding a weapon
- Mount health flashes when you hop on a ride and when your mount takes damage — disappears when you dismount
- XP bar and level number show up when you gain or lose a level
Coordinates
- Toggle on your position in the top-left corner of your screen
- Pick from 7 colors: White, Light Gray, Dark Gray, Aqua, Green, Yellow, Gold
- Subtle screen shifting to help protect OLED displays
- Toggle with a command:
/scriptevent dynhud:coords on|off
Settings
- Every player gets their own HUD Settings book on first join
- Craft more anytime: Book + Lapis Lazuli on a crafting table
- Set each element to Vanilla (always visible), Dynamic (shows when needed), or Always Off
- Choose how long elements stay on screen (4–10 seconds)
Performance
- The addon only does work for players who use it — if all your settings are on Vanilla, it does absolutely nothing
- Built to be as lightweight as possible so it won't slow down your game
- No experimental toggles or beta APIs needed
Requirements
- Minecraft Bedrock v1.26.0 or newer
- Both the Behavior Pack and Resource Pack need to be active
