Custom /Velocity Commands

Adds 7 velocity related commands, such as /setvelocity, /setscoreto_velocity, and /forwardvelocity(pushes entities in the direction they are looking). Probably great for mapmaking
This mod adds 7 velocity related commands. /setvelocity = Sets the velocity of the selected entities, /addvelocity = Adds velocity to the selected entities, /forwardvelocity = Adds velocity in the direction that the selected entities are facing, /multiplyvelocity = multiplies velocity, /setscoreto_velocity = sets a scoreboard value of multiple entities to the velocity of a specific entity, /setscoreto_horizontalvelocity = the previous command, but wont count height, /writevelocity = says the horizontal velocity of entities in the chat, only visible to who ran the command. Commands can be ran by command blocks or operators.
