Crysnight the Addon is an extension for Alylica's Dungeons that adds in new weapons, armour, artefacts and even a new boss! All content in this addon is taken from the Crysnight SMP and was made by me, Alylica, for the people of that server to use!
This addon includes :
- 11 New Weapons
- 3 New Artefacts
- 2 New Armour Sets
- And a Brand New Boss!
Chris Night
Chris Night is the ever menacing, psychotic antagonist of Crysnight (The names being similar is a coincidence, probably..)
Chris Night is a boss within the addon, but in order to fight him, you first must make a tribute to him, to give him enough power to break from the Seal he was locked away in. You can find this structure in overworld forest biomes, and as you approach the middle, Chris Night will reach out and accept your gifts by you interacting with him
After interacting with Chris Nights Seal, a menu will pop up, here you must offer up 3 items from your hotbar to him. Items sacrificed to Chris Nights Alter are gone for good, so choose wisely!
After 3 items are sacrificed, depending on their overall value, you will be given a list of rewards to choose from, including **Powerful Artefacts, Rare Weapons** and **Higher-Than-Normal Enchanted Books**
If you dont give anything of value, Chris Night may not be so generous...
Its also important to note, everytime something is sacrificed to the Alter, the energy at the top of the UI grows, once it reaches 20000, Chris Night can be battled
Battle Against Chris Night
As Chris Night rises from the seal, he will begin to attack you, using a mix of projectile and melee attacks, above all there is one important thing to note, if you do not use a Holy Weapon all attacks against Chris Night will do 0.2x damage.
The Best Weapon for the job is the Holy Glaive, crafted with a Glaive and 8 Diamond Dust
Here is a list of Chris Nights attacks
Crystal Starstorm - Chris Night will fly into the air and unleash a storm of dangerous white projectiles.
Melee Attack - Chris Night flies towards you and attacks you, dealing high damage.
Shadowmancy - Chris Night will routinely spawn in Shadow Monsters, taking form of Humans, Ravagers or.. sniffers.. While these mobs are quite dangerous, any damage they take is also dealt to Chris Night!
Crush Attack - Chris Night will mark spots on the ground before slamming down on them with a giant hand, dealing huge damage.
Chains of Creation - After taking a lot of damage, Chris Night will temporarily dissapear and heal part of his health back, when he returns he will wield the Chain of Creation which boosts his melee damage
Defeating Chris Night
After being defeated, Chris Night will drop the Chain of Creation, a magical artefact that he stole and now fuels his malice.
The Chain of Creation can be used to transform standard weapons from Alylica's Dungeons into their powerful divine variants from the Crysnight SMP
There are a large amount of items that can be crafted, listed in this spoiler
The Mourning Spark - An Anchor Variant that can slow down its targets, made using Rose Bushes
The Azure Katana - A Katana with the ability to freeze mobs and land critical hits, made using Blue Ice
The Reaper's Touch - An Anchor coated in ice that gets stronger as you collect souls, made using Diamonds
The Cake or Fake? - A Pair of Daggers that will restore hunger as mobs are defeated, made using Cakes
The Ceremonious - A stone Knife that will wither away its foes, made using Obsidian
The Stardust Slicer - A Katana Variant that pulls in nearby mobs with its attacks, made using Amethyst
The Sunbreaker - A powerful axe that can deal extreme damage, made using Blaze Powder
The Tectonic Rage - A dangerous Coral Blade with a fiery touch, made using Magma Cream
The Dream Catcher - A Scythe Variant with the unique ability to put foes to sleep, made using Ghast Tears
The Sunfrost Axe - A powerful double axe that slows its target, made using Ice
The Blighted Gaze - Pale Daggers that blind their foes, and are gluten free, made using Resin Clumps
The Grimoire - A book based artefact that damages other mobs and heals the user, made with Spider Eyes
The Holocron - A magical prism that gives an extreme power boost, made with Gold.
The Necromancy Tome - A soul artefact that can summon undead zombies, made with Bones
The Coral Crown - A mystical crown that boosts your underwater breath, health and regeneration.
What Else
Theres a few more things to note…
Book of Legends - A book that gives information on all crysnight items, there may be a secret if you fill it out….
Bloopy - Name an Axolotl "Bloopy" for a pretty surprise!
Hidden Rewards - After defeating Chris Night the first time, you can earn any of the divine weapons from the Alter's rewards. You could also earn a Special Music Disc!
