ChemistryCraft is an addon that adds chemistry to your minecraft world. It includes various chemicals, ores, minerals, tools, weapons, armor, blocks, and more. No experiments are required.
Items
Currently, the only usable items are listed below. The rest of the items are used for crafting.
- Bug Spray
- Bug spray is used to protect the player from bug mobs (spiders, cave spiders, bees, silverfish, and endermites) when the player uses the item. It lasts 5 minutes.
- Round-Up
- Round-Up is a herbicide that kills any plant near the player when used. It also replaces farmland, dirt, grass, and paths with coarse dirt.
- Cleaning Soap
- When used on a block, soap cleans the block. For example, it turns mossy, cracked, or infested stone bricks into the original stone bricks. They can also clean muddy mangrove roots, crying obsidian, rooted dirt, and coarse dirt.
- Synthetic Diamond
- Synthetic diamonds are just like regular diamonds, except they are less shiny. They can be used to make armor, tools, blocks, and more.
- They cannot be used to duplicate armor trims, and cannot be used to trim armor.
- Other Items
- There are some other, easter egg items that you can find yourself!
Below are the full crafting, smelting, and blasting recipes for all the items above. Unless it says otherwise, all recipes are for the crafting table. Some items are used to make multiple items, so they are listed at the bottom. All recipes that can be done in the crafting table can be done in the auto crafter. Note “Water” is not the same as “Water Bucket”. Recipes with a “*” have a specific shape to them.
Blocks
Below are the blocks that the game adds and the uses for them.
- Zinc ore
- Zinc ore is a new ore that can be mined with any item, but is faster with pickaxes. It can be found in stone between y=30 and y=0.
- Deepslate Zinc Ore
- Deepslate zinc ore is a new ore that is the same as zinc ore. It is harder, and can be found at y=-40 to y=-59.
- Phosphate Ore
- Phosphate ore is a new ore that can be mined with any item, but is faster with a pickaxe. It is found at y=100 to y=0.
- Deepslate Phosphate Ore
- Deepslate phosphate ore is a new ore that is the same as phosphate ore except is harder and is found in deepslate. It can generate at y=0 to y=-30.
- Zinc Block
- This is a new block that can be crafted from 9 zinc ingots.
- Salt Block
- This is a new resource that can replace sand at y=62 to y=55.
- Stainless Steel Block
- This is a new block that is crafted from 9 stainless steel ingots. It can be used to make a stainless steel golem.
- Synthetic Diamond Block
- This block is the same as a diamond block, but less shiny. It can be crafted from 9 synthetic diamonds.
Mobs
Below is the list of mobs that Chemistry Craft adds to your world.
- Stainless Steel Golem
- Like iron golem but stronger
- Can swim in water
- Made same as iron golem but with stainless steel blocks instead of iron blocks.
- Homeless Villager
- Wanders around and trades emeralds for various items.
- Spawns in forests and plains biomes.
