**ChatGames** is an updated and modified version of **AE Chat Games**.

Permission is granted to use, modify, and distribute this updated version only where permission has been granted by the appropriate rights holders.

This project is **not solely owned by FeatherStudios**. The current maintainer is not the original owner or creator of AE Chat Games. Therefore, permission for use, modification, redistribution, or publication of this project must not be requested solely from FeatherStudios

For permissions relating to the original **AE Chat Games** project, users must also obtain permission from **AE (the original rights holder/owner)** where applicable.

### Attribution

This project may contain original/modified work originating from AE Chat Games. Credit to the original AE Chat Games project and its rights holders must be retained where required.

### Redistribution

Redistribution, reposting, rebranding, claiming ownership, or using this project as the basis for another public project does not automatically grant permission from the original rights holders.

Permission from the current maintainer **does not replace or override permission from Aevinery or any other original rights holder**.
