Improvements

• autoItemPickup & carefulBreak: Will now pickup a wider range of blocks' nearby loot that dropped at the same time.
• instaminableEndstone & instaminableDeepslate: Now activate instamine a little quicker on the first block broken.
• /debugentity: Tame now shows the owner of entities tamed before Canopy became active and has better performance.

Fixes

• /butcher & /debugentity: Will no longer crash the client when outputting too many entities' names in chat. Chat now counts all entities of a type and groups them together.
• noFog now works on BDS. Thanks for the fix, Mojang!
• /data: Escape characters no longer appear in nested objects.
• /data: When a block appears in its own data, it will now be listed as "this."
• Fixed lightLevel InfoDisplay rule not starting or stopping correctly in some cases by @@.
• Fixed incorrect ui type used for InfoDisplay causing an error to show when joining a world by @@.
