Adds a small repair system that prevents vanilla tools from completely disappearing when they break.

Description
Repairing Broken Tools
Instead of being deleted, broken tools are replaced with damaged versions that can be repaired and used again.
To repair a broken tool, sneak and interact with an Anvil while holding the broken item. The required repair material must be present in your inventory.
Repair Materials

Notes
- Enchantments are preserved.
- Custom names are preserved.
- Repairing a tool restores it to full durability.
Examples:
- Broken Diamond Pickaxe + 1x Diamond -> Diamond Pickaxe
- Broken Iron Axe + 1x Iron Ingot -> Iron Axe
- Broken Netherite Sword + 1x Netherite Ingot -> Netherite Sword
- Broken Bow + 1x String -> Bow
