SPLASH VERSIONS
Any potion above + gunpowder = the splash version.
Splash potions last 75% as long
(strength falls off to 50% at the edge of the cloud).

Notes:
  - Every recipe starts from an Awkward Potion (Water + Nether Wart)
    unless it lists another Better Potion as the input.
  - Berserker, Ninja, Miner and Titan are two-step brews: make the
    listed potion first, then brew it again with the second reagent.
