• Packs can replace the built-in tabs. A pack made in the creator with Hide the built-in tabs ticked shows only its own tabs: the Java advancement tabs and Bedrock achievements are hidden while it's loaded. Players keep their progress on them. In definitions it's the tab's hideBuiltIn: true (see the definition reference).
• Built-in tabs in the admin menu's Settings: Automatic (shown, unless a pack hides them), Always show or Always hide. It also says which pack is hiding them, and the admin's player and statistics screens mark hidden tabs as off.

Fixed

• The advancement screen works with a controller (and the keyboard's arrow keys): move between advancements to see their details, up to the tabs to switch tab, and through the Achievements list and its sections. The screen scrolls to follow.
