Automatically compresses excess ingots, gems, Redstone, Coal, and other resources into storage blocks when they exceed one stack.

- Reduced the work needed to check inventories, especially when several players are in the world.
- A temporary inventory error affecting one player no longer delays compression for other players.
- Added extra checks so compression only starts when the resulting blocks fit in the available inventory slots.
