Auto Compress is a lightweight quality-of-life add-on for Minecraft Bedrock. Whenever a supported resource grows beyond one stack, the excess is converted into its matching storage block. The add-on crafts only as many blocks as needed to bring the uncompressed resource back to one stack or less.

How to use
- Import the
.mcaddonfile into Minecraft Bedrock. - Activate the Auto Compress | Ingots to Blocks Behavior Pack for your world.
- Collect supported resources normally.
- When a resource exceeds one stack, the minimum required excess is automatically converted into storage blocks.
For example, collecting a 65th Iron Ingot converts nine ingots into one Iron Block, leaving 56 ingots and one block.
Notes
- Compression uses reversible vanilla storage recipes, so blocks can be crafted back into their original resources.
- A full stack of 64 is not compressed; conversion begins only when the total reaches 65 or more.
- If a supported resource is split across inventory slots, its total amount is considered.
- No experimental toggles are required.
Requirements
- Minecraft Bedrock Edition 26.50 or newer
- The Behavior Pack must be active in the world
- No Resource Pack or external add-on dependency required
