Welcome to Apollyon, a terrifying horror add-on designed specifically for Minecraft Bedrock Edition. This add-on completely transforms your standard survival experience into a tense, psychological nightmare. Apollyon does not just add a new mob to fight; it introduces a highly intelligent, stalking entity that actively hunts you, studies your movements, and strikes when you are most vulnerable.
🌑 Features
The Stalker AI
Apollyon is not a typical hostile mob that simply paths toward you. It utilizes custom behavioral logic to watch you from a distance.
* Observation Mode: You might catch a glimpse of it standing behind trees or on hilltops, simply watching. If you look at it too long, it vanishes.
* Aggression Scaling: The longer you survive in your world, the bolder Apollyon becomes. What starts as distant stalking gradually turns into aggressive, close-quarters encounters.
* Unpredictable Hunts: It does not only spawn at night. Deep caves, dense forests, and even the middle of the day during thunderstorms are unsafe.
Psychological Horror Elements
* Paranoia Mechanics: Unsettling ambient sounds, sudden silence, and distant unnatural noises are dynamically triggered when the entity is nearby.
* Light Manipulation: Torches and lanterns may spontaneously burn out when Apollyon is preparing to attack, plunging you into complete darkness.
* Hallucinations: Hear footsteps directly behind you, only to turn around and find nothing there.
The Entity's Arsenal
When Apollyon finally decides to stop playing games and attack, you are in for the fight of your life.
* Blinding Speed: It can close the distance between you in seconds.
* Incredible Strength: Basic armor will not protect you for long. You will need to rely on evasion, quick reflexes, and strategic building to survive an encounter.
* Block Breaking: Hiding in a dirt hut will not save you. Under certain conditions, Apollyon can break through weak materials to get to you.
🛠️ How to Play & Survive
* Do Not Stay Still: The longer you remain in one place, the easier it is for the entity to track you down.
* Listen Closely: Audio cues are your best defense. If the standard ambient noises of Minecraft suddenly stop, Apollyon is close.
* Always Carry Light: While it can extinguish light sources, having a backup flint and steel or extra torches can save you from a surprise attack in the dark.
* Build Stronger: Upgrade your bases to stone, deepslate, or obsidian as quickly as possible.
📥 Installation Guide
This add-on is distributed as a .mcaddon file, ensuring a simple installation process for Bedrock and Pocket Edition players.
* Download the Apollyon.mcaddon file from the files tab.
* Open the file on your device (clicking it should automatically launch Minecraft).
* Once the import is successful, create a new world or edit an existing one.
* Scroll down to Behavior Packs and Resource Packs and activate Apollyon in both.
* CRITICAL: Ensure you turn on all Experimental Gameplay toggles (such as Holiday Creator Features and Custom Biomes/Blocks) in the world settings, or the custom entity AI will not function correctly.
* Enter your world and try to survive.
