v1.28.31 -- Thank you Jessica and MarkCraft for staying up with me all night to fix these! Also thank you to everyone on my test server for all the rigorous testing; I appreciate it greatly!
- Added better operator controls to give regular players access to specific settings.
- Corrected several animals having idle behavior and not activating their "rituals".
- Added dimorphism to several more animals to get more of a variety of animal when they spawn both naturally and spawned manually. Not all animals have a really distinct female counterpart so many were left out on purpose. Will probably work more on that in the future... Maybe.
- Corrected a frozen swim state in a couple different animals. This was overlooked since this is the land animal pack but some of them actually swim.
