What's new
Andy's Explorer's Notebook 1.0.0 — Initial Release
- Adds a craftable leather Explorer's Notebook with a compass on its cover.
- Adds an immersive, signed-book-style two-page notebook interface with compact records and native-style page-turn arrows.
- Stores every recorded location persistently in the world, even if the physical Notebook is lost, burned, or destroyed.
- Adds survival-built Survey Markers made from Stone Bricks, a Lodestone, Chiseled Stone Bricks, and a wall sign.
- Validates completed and repaired Survey Markers with a green message and a randomized vanilla Amethyst Bud break sound.
- Records a site name, category, dimension, exact coordinates, Minecraft day, Survey Marker status, optional Waystone notation, and a field note.
- Includes Landmark, Structure, Portal, Village, Place of Interest, Cave Entrance, Home, Farm, Base, and Illager Outpost categories.
- Adds five player-configurable Custom Categories with selectable readable colors.
- Marks recorded locations as Needs Repair if any required Survey Marker part is broken, without deleting the entry.
- Adds a Dark Oak Explorer's Archive Bookshelf that holds six physical books and visibly fills as books are inserted.
- Prints only new, previously unarchived entries into sequential signed archive volumes of up to 49 records each.
- Allows signed archival copies to be stored in the Explorer's Archive Bookshelf or regular Chiseled Bookshelves and shared with other players.
- Adds a Behavior Pack settings gear for world-wide Waystone, Custom Category, archive printing, validation message, and validation sound controls.
- Includes Vibrant Visuals/PBR resources while retaining standard-graphics compatibility.
- Uses stable Minecraft Bedrock APIs and requires no cheats or experimental toggles for normal gameplay.
