Dislike normal hardcore since it's too difficult? This addon puts a different take on the hardcore experience.
Ever felt like the normal hardcore experience is too hard? Well, this addon puts a new take on the hardcore experience. This idea was originally posed by the Reddit user garbagemunki, where instead of losing the whole world when you die, you simply relocate to a new location within the world, making any death a major setback in your world but not the end of the whole world.
Simply apply this addon to a regular Minecraft world, and then anytime you die, you will be relocated 20000-30000 blocks away. Please note that the respawn process may take ~30 seconds due to the spawn algorithm.
Dislike this range of separation? Then, simply change the range in which the addon will try to spawn you using this command:
/scriptevent unitx:spawn_range <lower range: int> <higher range: int>
