3.0.0 — The Persona Update

New

  • Bedrock persona 3D models — heads now use the player's real Character Creator model (hair, ears, helmets, Character Creator outfits, the works). No more flat skin wraps.
  • Java Edition support — add Java usernames via the new platform dropdown; skins are fetched directly from Mojang.
  • Live 3D preview in the generator — see and rotate each head in your browser before you download.
  • Legacy pack auto-upgrade — upload a 2.x pack and one-click-upgrade every Bedrock head to a full persona model. Heads that can't be upgraded quietly keep their original skin.
  • Mixed packs — Bedrock personas, Java skins, and uploaded PNG skins can all live in the same addon.

Improved

  • Gamertag casing auto-corrects to the official capitalisation (type mygen, get MyGen).
  • Pack version now auto-bumps to 3.0.0 when rebuilding a legacy 2.x pack; same-major rebuilds patch-bump as before.
