We said goodbye to flat textures wrapped around a generic head cube. Version 3.0.0 pulls your friend's actual persona GLB model straight from Minecraft's servers and reconstructs every single cube, horn, ear, beard, mohawk, sunglasses, and crown as native Bedrock block geometry. If it's on their persona — IT'S ON THE BLOCK.

Some personas have elf ears. Some have ponytails. Some have shark fins sticking out diagonally at weird angles. WE SUPPORT ALL OF THEM.

🏆 THE USUAL SUSPECTS — STILL HERE, STILL LETHAL 🏆

Everything you loved in 2.x, still firing on all cylinders:

• PLACE IT — mount heads as decorative blocks. They rotate to face you when placed. Floor, walls, trophy cabinets, your mate's base without asking. Explosion-proof, because creepers have done enough damage to your collection already.
• WEAR IT — drop a head in your helmet slot and walk around wearing your friend's face. Assert dominance. (Optional — you can turn wearable off if you just want decorative blocks.)
• LOOT IT — defeat a player whose head is in the pack, and their head drops as an item, complete with a lore tag stamping who claimed the kill and when. Receipts in the item tooltip. Bragging rights: permanent.
• TRADE IT — the wandering trader will show up occasionally with a briefcase full of heads for emeralds. How he got them? Between him and his god.

🎨 IF A SKIN CAN'T BE FOUND 🎨

Different platforms, different sources — here's how we hunt each one down:

• Bedrock (persona): pulled from Microsoft's Character Creator servers. Works for anyone who's customised their persona — which is basically everyone.
• Bedrock (classic skin fallback): if a Bedrock player has a classic skin instead of a persona, we fall back to GeyserMC. This requires them to have connected to a Geyser-enabled Minecraft server at least once. Point them at bedrocktogether.com — one join and they're sorted.
• Java: fetched from Mojang's profile service. If Mojang knows them, it works. Mojang knows basically every Java account.
• The unicorn case: nobody online seems to have them? Upload their 64×64 PNG skin file directly using the upload option on the site. Enter their exact in-game name and drop the file in. Works for literally anyone.

No personas were mistreated in the production of this update. Some pixels may have been slightly repositioned for aesthetic reasons. The wandering trader's sourcing remains an ongoing concern.
