Adds optional JEI support for AE2 GenericStack resources, including independent ingredient entries, ghost drag into AE2 fake slots, and runtime search registration for discoverable GenericStack keys.
Added an "Ignore Missing" feature to AE2 auto-crafting, and introduced a "Replace Mode" for processing patterns. Also add some qol things.
