ae2 jei render

AE2 JEI Render adds optional JEI support for Applied Energistics 2 GenericStack resources. It registers GenericStack as an independent JEI ingredient type, supports ghost drag in AE2 screens, and collects visible entries at runtime so those resources can be searched in JEI.

The mod persists discovered entries to generic_stack_search_index.json, only handles keys that have an AE2 renderer, and provides the generic_stack_ingredients.enable client config toggle.
