Adds a Star Trek inspired "Deflector Shield" to KSP, mostly made for players that have been playing for a long time and have clouded the atmosphere with debris and have trouble getting into orbit. It also gives you cool feeling, so... that's a good thing. I used the stock mesh of the small inline reaction wheel, since my computer is not good enough to make any good models. I also haven't had the chance to test this, so somebody please test it and comment how it did please. Thanks in advance!
