Recruit Zois, send them on jobs, run protection rackets, plan heists and deal with rival organizations – all from your own Crime Ledger. 🕴️
Eight organization types, 10 organization levels, three crime skills with 10 levels each, nine crew jobs, protection rackets, heists from the corner store to the bank, rival organizations and wars – plus the Organized Crime ambition, Life of Crime and Life of the Outlaw, the Stone Cold characteristic, four aptitudes, 24 wants and 40+ moodlets.

💼 Crew jobs – nine jobs from pickpocketing to voice phishing – and you decide how the take is split
🏪 Protection rackets – lean on a shop owner in a tense back-and-forth and they pay you every day
💎 Heists – plan the job, pick your lookouts and hit the corner store, the boutique or the bank
⚔️ Rivals and wars – respect, deals, threats – or a war you only win by beating every one of them

Organized Crime is big, and not everything has been tested in every situation yet. Nothing should break your save, but some things may not work as they should. Found a bug? Tell me on Discord or in the comments – what you did and what happened – and it gets fixed in the next update.

🕴️ HOW TO START YOUR ORGANIZATION
Click your own Zoi and choose Organized Crime › Crime Ledger. The ledger walks you through founding your organization: the type, the name, the emblem and colour, your rank titles and your base. Then talk to a friend and pick Organized Crime › Invite to Join – friends say yes more often. From then on the Crime Ledger is your headquarters; it folds into a small emblem when you don't need it.
Organized Crime works fully on its own and plays well with all other ZoiWorks mods, but it really shines together with ZoiWorks - Protect & Serve. Crime bosses can put a police officer on their payroll (from Racketeering 3) – the heat cools faster, and your contact can tell you who has been talking to the police. Or try to scare an officer off with Threaten a Cop – if it fails, you have a two-star warrant.
And the police push back: a Detective can Ask About Gang Ties and turn one of your members into an informant – Confront the Snitch when you find out – and the Chief of Police can Pressure the Boss, which sends your heat up until you grease some palms. Some officers can be bought, too: now and then the gangs slip a cop a thick envelope.
