Meal Times lets you customize food and recipe categories, set schedules for different meal types, and browse recipes from a new Cookbook panel.
Customize your meal routine
Use the included categories and schedules or adjust them to suit your household. Assign foods and recipes to meal types such as Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks & Candy, and more. Items can belong to multiple categories.
Four recipe books, one handy panel
A compact, draggable panel gives you direct access to four separate books:
- Cooking — Browse cooking recipes by your assigned meal categories.
- Baking — Explore baked goods with the native Baking skill display.
- Coffee — Browse coffee recipes and view your Coffee Craft progress.
- Drinks — Explore fruit drinks and mixed drinks with the native Drink Mixing display.
The books use the game’s familiar recipe menus, including recipe cards, prices, and skill requirements. Repeated recipe entries are grouped while individual and family-size servings remain separate.
Move the panel using its lighter left handle. Your chosen position is saved.
Settings included
Meal Times works using a built-in Mod Configuration utility. Its settings are available through an included Mod Configuration window opened by clicking on a cube icon on the main UI from within a loaded game.
A few things to know
- The recipe books are for browsing. Prepare food and drinks through the appropriate objects.
- Assigning a food item to a category does not create a recipe card. Only items with a corresponding recipe can appear in the recipe books.
- Categories with no available recipes are hidden.
- Custom food and recipe compatibility may vary.
