Keep track of clothing you want to avoid without uninstalling it. Broken Clothing Flags adds a small circle-slash button to individual clothing thumbnails in Create a Zoi.
- Click the grey symbol to mark an item Broken. Its symbol turns red and the thumbnail receives a light red tint.
- Click the red symbol again to remove the mark.
- Use Broken Status in the filter menu: Exclude Broken hides marked items; Only Broken shows them for review. Clear both options to show everything.
- Saved marks return when you reopen CAZ or restart the game. Your marks are personal and apply across your saves.
Before marking an item
Select and wear the item at least once during the current CAZ session, let the selection settle, then click its broken-flag symbol. This lets the mod identify the actual garment and save its flag. You can remove the clothing afterward and keep its flag.
If the item was already worn when you opened CAZ, selecting another item in the same clothing slot and then reselecting it may be needed. Items that have not been identified can be marked for the current session, but those marks are not yet saved permanently.
Included
Individual Tops, Outerwear, Sets/full-body garments, Bottoms, Fashion Accessories, Shoes and Underwear. Works in Character Studio from the lobby and CAZ accessed from a loaded save. Separate catalog entries, including male/female versions, are marked independently.
Outfit Presets and Style Presets/situational outfit collections are not included in this release. Those will be investigated separately.
Installation and privacy
Install and enable through inZOI's mod manager, then restart the game. No separate Mod Configuration download is required.
Fresh installs start with no items marked. This download contains none of the author's test marks or personal settings. The mod does not uninstall clothing, disable creator packages, send problem reports or submit website ratings. It is a personal organization tool; it does not repair defective clothing. Filter choices last for the current game session.
Please note:
Items flagged as "broken" in my screenshots are only examples and do NOT in any way imply those items are broken or reflect opinions on native or creator specific items. Flagging broken items is completely up to the player. The flagged clothing items don't even need to be broken - you can flag them for any reason to filter them out or view them all at once.
Compatibility tested with inZOI v0.11.2 on October 29, 2026; no mod update required.
