Objects Never Age & Instant Reset Item SYSN

New: Reset weathered items instantly, for free. Stops furniture and objects from weathering over time. Appliances like the fridge, sinks, range, and microwave last about 10x longer before breaking. Dirt and cleaning still work exactly like normal.

What's new

Reset weathered items
Any weathered item gets a free Refurbish Furniture option that makes it new instantly. It only appears on items that are actually weathered, and it works on furniture that never had a refurbish option before.

On items that already have the game’s own Refurbish, you may see the option twice. The free, instant one is from this mod.
Lights and curtains only show the option while switched off.
