Wan's Wonder Weapons

Wan's Wonder Weapons adds a collection of relic-grade weapons to Hytale, ranging from mid-game to late-game.
These are not ordinary weapons, but ancient relics shaped by lost civilizations, elemental forces, and forgotten magic. Each weapon carries a fragment of history, once wielded by liches, bound to nature itself, forged in stellar collapse, or salvaged from cursed ruins.

Every relic is designed to feel distinct in theme and effect, rewarding players who seek legendary tools rather than mass-produced gear. Some weapons bend the elements, others command life and death, and a few exist purely because the world of Hytale leaves room for the absurd.

All relics are Relic quality, craftable at the weapon bench. Damages and crafting can be configured via /www settings.

Mechanics

Each relic comes with a signature ability bar that fills as you fight. Once full, press Q to unleash the weapon's unique ability. On select weapons, there are additional special abilities.

Some abilities are supported by Zephyr.

In-game documentation

If you use the Docs mod (Voile in-game documentation), Wan's Wonder Weapons ships with built-in docs you can read in-game: weapon list, crafting, and gameplay controls, without leaving Hytale.

Ashthorn

Forged from smoldering lignite and volcanic resin, this blade trails living embers with every strike. Wounds don't bleed… they burn.

Every 4 hits burns the enemy (a pounce counts as 2)

Frostburn

Carved from eternal ice that never melts, not even in the fiercest inferno. Its cuts don't just slice, they freeze flesh in crystalline agony.

Every 4 hits inflicts Frostbite, making the enemy take extra damage from all sources (a pounce counts as 2)

Heartroot

A shard of petrified primeval root, pulsing with ancient life. When it pierces flesh, the forest claims it, binding the target in living vines.

Every 4 hits adds a stack of slow (a pounce counts as 2)

Nightshade

Polished with forbidden herbs, this slender blade carries a toxin that whispers into the blood. One cut is enough for darkness to bloom from within.

Every 4 hits poisons the enemy (a pounce counts as 2)

Eclipsebound

One blade, two aspects. When its aspect matches the sky, it awakens: by day as Oath of Dawn, radiant and precise, peaking in strength under sunlight; by night as Sovereign of Night, silent and lethal, at its deadliest in the dark. A blade that reads the sky.

Signature Ability:
Day: Phoenix Strike, rise into the skies and dive down in a flaming slam
Night: Moonlight Garden, summon a garden that quickens your steps and makes your strikes echo and chain onto nearby foes

Ability 4: Switch between aspects

When the aspect matches the time, the blades are empowered and the pounce is enhanced:
Day: Scorch, the pounce strikes harder and sets the enemy ablaze
Night: Vanish, the pounce strikes harder and you vanish from sight (vanishing requires Zephyr)

Chromatic Cleaver

A razor-carved corundum prism that bends light into spectral edges. Switch between two combat poses, including the telekinetic Astral Dominion stance, where the blade floats freely without being held. Every swing is a rainbow… and a verdict.

Once a delicious bass, now a barely acceptable blade. From dinner to dagger.

Gaia's Wrath

Ancient steel bound to the spirit of the earth. When swung, it releases a verdant shockwave that shakes ground and air alike. Heavy in unworthy hands.

Quasar Cosmic

Forged from the collapsed heart of a dying star, this blade does not kill… it erases. Those struck vanish into the cosmic void that feeds it.

Soulblight

Once wielded by a powerful Lich, this blade feeds on the souls of the fallen, raising them as undead puppets to fight under your dominion. Be careful: the dead are not always inclined to acknowledge you as their master.

Ashen Soulblight

The blade of souls tempered by flames. It raises burning undead as your soldiers, fiercer than the puppets that came before.

Maelstrom

A rusty anchor recovered from the wreck of a cursed vessel, now rising from the depths to send your foes to their watery grave.

Helioram

Forged to embody the sacred visage of the Sun-Ram, this gilded maul is a ceremonial relic once carried by high guardians. Its horned effigy symbolizes resilience, leadership, and unwavering resolve shining even in the darkest hours.

Mjollnir

Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor.

God Slayer

A massive slab of iron forged for war rather than elegance. Its sheer weight and brutal edge cleave through armor, flesh, and bone alike. In the hands of one strong enough to wield it, the blade exists for a single purpose: to kill what should never fall.

Void Requiem

Made at the edge of the void itself, each swing of this scythe is a final requiem, it severs flesh from fate and feeds whatever lies beyond. Some say it doesn't cut. It concludes.
