Void Integration Update

🧱 New Visual Assets Deployed

The G.N.O.M.E. Institute has completed a major overhaul of Void Armor graphical assets, resulting in:

• New Copper Void Armor textures

  • Unified copper-forward palette with restrained void accents
  • Improved edge definition and contrast for battlefield readability
  • Void energy now properly lurks in shadows instead of screaming at the player

• Consistent visual language across all pieces

  • Chest, Hands, Legs, and Head now visually belong to the same experimental mistake
  • Color authority locked to finalized Copper Void Chest reference
  • No further spontaneous purple incidents reported

⚠️ Note: Any resemblance to sentient armor is purely coincidental.

🛡️ New Armor Tier: Iron Void Armor

Building on the relative “success” of Copper Void trials, G.N.O.M.E. has introduced a higher-tier refinement:

Iron Void Armor Set

• Reinforced iron lattice infused with stabilized void crystals
• Reduced copper warmth, increased structural severity
• Void presence is colder, quieter, and far more judgmental
• Unintended magical bonuses. Shifty, our main guinny-gnome felt running. We haven't seen him since.
• Tweezer, our combat gnome, accidentally cut through the training dummy, hitting his own leg and was admitted to the G.E.R. Apparently he hits harder than he looks, and he don't look that great!

Design Intent

• Iron Void reads as disciplined void technology (new stat bonuses)
• Less arcane glow, more “this will outlast you”

“If Copper Void survives combat, Iron Void survives history.”

⚙️ Technical Improvements

• Locked Void Armor color pipeline

  • All future Void armor pieces follow the approved G.N.O.M.E. standard
  • No reinterpretation, no drift, no unauthorized artistic freedom

• Transparent background compliance

  • All assets now conform to rendering and UI expectations
  • Fewer complaints from the Engine Department

🧪 Known Side Effects

• Armor may hum softly when idle
• Prolonged exposure to void crystals may cause:
  • Heightened focus
  • Mild paranoia
  • Strong opinions about gnomes
