Vitja's Helper - Modpack and Server Permission License

1. Use and modpack distribution

You may download, install and use the official, unmodified compiled mod on

private or public Hytale servers and include it in modpacks. You may distribute

that same unmodified compiled mod as part of a modpack or server pack without

asking for additional permission. Keep this license and the author's copyright

notice with the mod. The author remains Vitja.

2. Configuration

You may change supported configuration settings. This permission does not allow

changing the mod's source code, compiled code or bundled assets.

3. Source code and modifications

Except for the compiled copies expressly permitted above, you need Vitja's prior

written permission to copy, redistribute or reuse this mod's source code or

substantial parts of it, incorporate it into another project, or modify the

source code, compiled mod or bundled assets. Publishing forks, modified versions

or derivative works also requires that permission. No open-source license is

granted, and making source code available does not grant permission to reuse it.

4. Third-party material

These terms cover only material owned by Vitja. Hytale and any third-party

material remain subject to their respective owners' rights and terms.

5. Applicable law

Nothing in this license restricts rights that applicable law does not allow the

author to exclude, including any mandatory exceptions for computer programs.

6. Other permissions

All other rights are reserved. Contact Vitja through the official project page

to request permission for uses outside the permissions above.
