Gameplay

  • Added vampire coffins.
  • Vampires can now rest in custom coffins during daytime.
  • Coffins are vampire-only.
  • Coffins now grant tiered stamina bonuses based on coffin type.
  • Coffins now apply a short healing blessing after resting.
  • Removed instant coffin heal behavior.
  • Removed coffin max-health bonus to avoid accidental full-heal behavior.

Coffin Bonuses

  • Village: +5 Stamina for 3 minutes, weak healing blessing after 30 seconds.
  • Human Ruins: +8 Stamina for 5 minutes, healing blessing after 45 seconds.
  • Ancient: +12 Stamina for 7 minutes, stronger healing blessing after 60 seconds.
  • Temple Dark: +16 Stamina for 10 minutes, strongest healing blessing after 90 seconds.

Items & Recipes

  • Added custom coffin crafting recipes.
  • Adjusted coffin blood requirements:
    • Village: Pure Blood
    • Human Ruins: Pure Blood
    • Ancient: Blood
    • Temple Dark: Royal Blood

Config

  • Added global config file: mods/vampire/config.json.
  • Added coffinSkipTimeEnabled.
  • Default value: false.
  • When enabled, coffin rest can move world time toward night.
  • For multiplayer servers, keep this disabled unless you explicitly want players to affect world time.

UI & Text

  • Added vanilla stamina and regen status icons for coffin effects.
  • Coffin item descriptions now explain their exact bonuses.
  • Coffin descriptions now use colored tooltip text:
    • Stamina values are yellow.
    • Healing values are red.

Code & Systems

  • Removed legacy HUDRouter integration.
  • Vampire now uses Hytale’s native keyed HUD API directly.
  • HUDRouter / MultipleHUD is no longer required for Vampire.
  • Added global Vampire config outside player data.
  • Added tiered coffin stamina and regen effects.
  • Minor coffin stability and compatibility improvements.

Important

If you were using HUDRouter only for Vampire, it can now be safely removed.

Note

Coffins still use Hytale’s native Bed mount so the player can properly lie down. Because of that, Hytale may show its vanilla sleep timing message when resting during non-sleep hours.
