The Shattered Salt Flats

• Added a new biome: The Shattered Salt Flats
  • Similar makeup to the normal salt flats, but with massive ravines cutting through the terrain, forming rivers that crisscross across the landscape
  • Calcite and mud are obtainable from here, as well as all the resources in the normal salt flats
  • This biome will get improvents and more unique things in future updates 
• Optimized salt flats generation, chunks should be created faster
• Organized some things on the backend to make the mod easier to work with
