π v1.2.0 β The Void Apex
Something vast stirs in the Mourning court.
π The Blight Dragon, remade
The Mourning apex is no longer a recolored frost wyrm β it now wears the Void Dragon: a larger, bespoke corruption-dragon trailing void-wisp particles from its wings, chest, and maw. It hunts as a true apex predator (500 HP), lunges with a real bite that sinks Blight Venom into you, and knocks you back. Idle, alert, sleep, and death animations are all wired now β no more frozen poses or animation-gap warnings.
πΈ Sub-biome signatures
Each zone's two halves now read differently at a glance, with a harvestable, craftable growth unique to one side:
- Witherbloom Clearing β pale ghost meadow-blooms (Palebloom)
- Thornchoke Hollow β tar-black gloom fungus (Gloomcap)
- Miasma Bog β swollen olive swamp-blooms (Bogbloom)
- Bloodspore Gorge β blood-red crystal clusters (Bloodcrystal)
- Mourning Barrow β bone-pale grave crystals (Barrowstone)
π The Blight Sea, caves & structures
The realm grew past the original five zones:
- The Blight Sea β a sixth zone: an explorable dead ocean (Shallows + Deeps) of regular, swimmable water themed dead, with drowned reskinned sea life. 12 sub-biomes across 6 zones total.
- Depth-gated caves β tunnels and chambers open at ravine/hollow floors, run dry through the mid-depths, and flood in the deeps.
- Buried structures β seabed shipwrecks and sunken ruins, surface dungeons, and cave crypts, each guarded by blighted defenders.
β οΈ World wipe required
The worldgen changes regenerate the realm from scratch β anything built inside the old realm is lost on first entry after updating.
