Does it work on a server? Yes, and only the server needs it.

Will altering my gear repair it or wipe my enchantments? No. That was true once and it is fixed. Durability and everything stored on the item carry across.

Can I use it in a modpack? Yes, under the licence on this page, Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial. Credit The Armory and do not sell it.

Where is the full item list? In the Creative tab in game, and in the gallery above. It stays current there, a list here would not.
