Play money only. Players wager the coins they earn in-game, never money bought with real cash: no Tempest plugin sells coins, and nothing won can be cashed out. Admins can set a shared daily wagering limit across Slots, Lottery, and Coinflip in /tempest → General, and Tempest Events never boost games of chance.

Head-to-head 1v1 coinflip rooms with cryptographic SHA-256 fairness proof: players open a room in /coinflip (/cf) with a stake and side (Heads in Gold or Tails in Silver), challengers join in one click (and spectators can click Watch!), a 22-frame coin spins simultaneously on every viewer's screen, and the pre-committed SHA-256 seed is revealed so anyone can verify the flip was 100% fair. Works with Tempest Economy or any VaultUnlocked economy.

Provably Fair in 3 Verifiable Steps

1. Pre-Committed SHA-256 Hash: The instant a room is created, the server generates secretSeed:roll and displays its SHA-256 hash right on the open room card before anyone joins.
2. Simultaneous 3-Second Coin Spin: When a challenger clicks Join, both players (and any spectators watching) see the 22-frame spinning Gold/Silver coin decelerate with ticking sound effects until it lands (roll < 0.5 = Heads, roll >= 0.5 = Tails).
3. Seed & Roll Revealed: On the result screen, the original secretSeed:roll is revealed alongside the SHA-256 hash so any player can verify with any SHA-256 tool that the outcome was locked before the match began.

• Crash-Safe Escrow Protection:
  • Stakes are held in escrow when a room opens. Cancelled rooms, expired rooms, or rooms open during a server restart automatically refund the creator — and any flip that was mid-air during a shutdown finishes paying out on startup.
• Optional House Fee Sink & Daily Cap:
  • Configure min/max stakes, room expiry time, an optional House Fee % (money sink), and a shared daily betting limit in /tempest → Coinflip.
• Leaderboards & Placeholders:
  • Registers a coinflip_profit leaderboard for /leaderboards and Tempest Holograms, plus {coinflip_wins}, {coinflip_losses}, {coinflip_profit}, {coinflip_profit_formatted}, {coinflip_staked}, and {coinflip_rooms}.
