Survival Overhaul - Fatigue

This mod adds a "fatigue" system, in which players will lose a percentage of maximum health when damaged until they rest, for a more realistic, intense survival experience.
What's new
0.3.1 - Bug fix for stamina clamping causing guard/stamina break status to not go away when stamina was fatigued.
