FIXES:
-Throwing Mjolnir in different instances/worlds won't crash the game anymore.

-Players in creative mode won't become vulnerable when throwing Mjolnir.

-Fixed crash when trying to return from Forgotten Temple to a Dungeon (different instances/worlds) after using the Bifrost Tunnel. (Compatibility with Major Dungeons or similar) Now, returning from Forgotten Temple after using the Bifrost Tunnel will:
--·If the instance still exists, the player will be teleported back there.
--·If it doesn't exists, teleports the player to its saved respawn point.
--·If the player doesn't have saved respawn point yet, the player will be teleported to the spawn of the deafult world.

(Make sure you have only one file of Starky's Mjolnir mod downloaded at your mods folder, if you have more, it might not work properly)
