MJOLNIR

-Mjolnir does not loose Signature Energy when swapped.
-Mjolnir is unbreakable (The max durability can be customized).
-Special attacks/skills consume Stamina,

a few of them also consume Mana, and the

Signature skill also consumes Signature Energy.

-Mjolnir will always be more efficient

consuming and regenerating Stamina & Mana.
-Holding Mjolnir slowly heals the player.
-(NEW) All Stamina costs and conditions will always be
a percentage of the player's maximum Stamina for
Mjolnir attacks/skills when Mjolnir is held (for balance).
(Much better balance for Mjolnir with Endless Leveling mod and more).

Place Mjolnir on top of certain blocks to

admire it and show other players!
While placed, Mjolnir acts as a healing spot infinitely,
heals all players in a 3m radius (Regenerates 2 points
of Health every 1s to all players without Mjolnir in their inventory)
(Regenerates 0.3 points of Health every 1s to all players
with Mjolnir in their inventory, Mjolnir heals you anyway, so it adds).
Can be picked up again.
Does not loose enchatments (or similiar) or current
durability (if has been modified) when
placed or picked up (even with player disconnections).

Type of blocks it can be placed on:

·A few dark rock blocks.
·A few volcanic blocks.
·All crystal blocks.
·All pillar bases.

WEATHER BONUS SYSTEM (NEW)

If it's raining, Mjolnir will get a 5% bonus in damage
and signature energy charge.
If thunder, Mjolnir will get a 10% bonus instead.

NOTE: Players with Mjolnir in their inventory will get a
message in chat when a weather bonus is active.

CHARGING MJOLNIR

HOLD LEFT CLICK

While charging Mjolnir if you walk into enemies,
it will deal damage every 0.3s infinitely.

Deals 7 damage per enemy in a 2m radius every 0.3s.

LAUNCHER

STOP HOLDING "LEFT CLICK" AFTER 0.9s

Spin the Mjolnir for 0.9s to charge it, so it can

rapidly launch you in the direction you are looking.

Don't worry, Mjolnir will take care of

the fall damage for a few seconds.

Travel like a real superhero!

This is an attack too!

Like a "sword stab" but covers a longer distance.
Also, with some knockback.

Deals 79 damage per hit + Knockback.

Cost: 45% Stamina

NOTE: If crouched, the player won't do this skill,

instead will execute the "Glider".

THROW

(EDITED PARTICLES + CUSTOM ANIMATIONS & SOUNDS)

"RIGHT CLICK" WHILE CHARGING MJOLNIR

Throw Mjolnir at your enemies and summon lightning strikes.
When thrown, Mjolnir will auto-target its closest enemy (from projectile),
that target range will increase while it gets further away from the player,
and it will automatically change its
trajectory to hit that enemy (Homing system).
Mjolnir will try to find up to 10 enemies to hit before landing on the ground.

Now... Call Mjolnir back to your hands like Thor!

The player will be able to

Call Mjolnir back after a ~1s cooldown.
(Can be called mid-flight)

Deals 81 damage at your target.

Deals 40 damage per enemy in a 5.5m radius if the projectil miss the hit.

Cost: 40% Stamina

NOTE: The player doesn't need to hold left click for 0.9s to throw Mjolnir.
Also, the first target of the Throw will also get electrified with 2 extra hits
if the player is not in the default instance, like Major Dungeons, etc.

GLIDER

(EDITED PARTICLES + CUSTOM ANIMATIONS & SOUNDS)

CROUCH + HOLD "LEFT CLICK" FOR 0.9s

While Charging Mjolnir, stay in place and "crouch" for

0.9s to set off like a space rocket up the sky to then start

gliding fast in the direction you are looking.

Cost: Constantly decreasing Stamina slowly

UPGRADED DOWNSTRIKE

(EDITED PARTICLES + CUSTOM ANIMATIONS & SOUNDS)

Of course Mjolnir can block attacks by wielding

as most weapons in Hytale.

But attacking while blocking/wielding will

make the player execute an upgraded Downstrike.

With a cool front flip, the attack will hit the ground with

enough power to summon a lightning strike and

set enemies on fire in a 5.5m radius.

Jump with front flip > ground attack from air > lightning strike > fire

Deals 82 damage per enemy in a 5.5m radius.

Enemies will be set on fire for ~3s.

Total damage: 97

Cost: 80% Mana & 45% Stamina

POWER SWING

(EDITED PARTICLES & SOUNDS)

Custom Thrust skill, but made to strongly push

enemies far away and to destroy blocks.

Deals 0 damage per enemy, but deals a massive knockback.

Cost: 25% Stamina

NOTE: The PowerSwing will only break blocks in the default instance.
It will not break blocks 50m around the spawn.
OP players can disable the destruction of blocks
that PowerSwing has in the UI Menu.

CAST LIGHTNING

Not every attack has to involve Mjolnir

into slamming physically enemy faces...

This beautiful skill will cast lightning straight out of

to move while casting, hits the enemies at a
much higher rate and the visual of
lightning strikes are different.
(More powerful version)

Deals 31 damage per hit.

Enemies will be set on fire for ~3s.

Cost: 70% Mana & 20% Stamina

NOTE: This skill only works if enemies are
detected in front of the player.
Uses the same damage of Cast Lightning skill.

Jump high into the air freezing the enemies

to then deliver the strongest Thor's attack

hitting the ground like a real god summoning a

lightning strike combo that will set enemies on fire.
The player will be protected while finishing this skill for 4s with temporary
invulnerability and will summon electric bolts hitting enemies in a 3 block radius.

High jump > great ground attack from air > lightning strike combo > fire

Deals 96 damage per enemy in a 14m radius.

Deals extra 26 damage per enemy in a 11m radius for 4 times.

Enemies will be set on fire for ~5s.
Electric bolts (protection) deal 26 damage per enemy in a 3m radius for 4s.

Total damage: 225 + damage from electric bolts.

Cost: 100% Signature Energy, 50% Mana & 80% Stamina

NOTE: Hold "crouch", then press "ability 1 key" to execute

this skill without the moving camera effect.
Inside of Major Dungeon's instances, the player will
execute an alternative version of Thor's Groundslam,
won't jump as high and will not have camera
movement effect (For a better combat experience).

BIFROST TUNNEL

(INSPIRED BY THOR'S BIFROST TUNNEL)

(EDITED PARTICLES AND CUSTOM ANIMATIONS & SOUNDS)

"ABILITY 2 KEY" or HOLD "ABILITY 2 KEY" FOR 0.8s ("E" by default)

Call "Heimdall" to summon the Bifrost Tunnel into

you to be able to travel to the Forgotten Temple (teleport),

so you can collect memories without needing

to go into the closet gateway by land.

On the way back home, the portal will teleport you back

to the location where you summoned the Bifrost Tunnel!

(This skill teleports every player in a 6m radius)

Cost: 100% Mana

NOTES:

-The Bifrost Tunnel ground mark will

progressively disappear after ~60s.

It will be visible for other near players,

so they can say "a god was here".

-This ground mark will not visually stay on the ground
for players that have teleported, as the game will remove

it for you cause you travel so far to keep it rendered.

OVERCHARGED MODE (NEW)

HOLD "ABILITY 1 KEY" FOR 0.9s ("Q" by default)

An epic animation with visual effects will play,
will damage enemies in a 5.5 radius and then
your character will be charged in lightning!
When you do this, you have entered the Overcharged Mode for 3mins!
In which, you will be more powerful, efficient and will
perform different animations on the special attacks! Check it out!
Also, for those 3 mins, the player will summon electric bolts
every 3s to enemies that are close!

Activation deals 75 damage per enemy in a 5.5m radius.
Electric bolts deal 32 damage per enemy.

While Overcharged:

·Electrified VFX effect in the whole player and Mjolnir (with sounds).
·1.15x movement speed.
·+25% extra damage in all attacks!
(Every attack that deals damage has its own
Overcharged version with that extra 25% damage.
Of course you can edit the amount of damage of
every Overcharged attack version in mjolnirdamages.json).
·Faster healing.
·Faster Mana Regeneration.
·Cheaper Stamina cost per ability/attack (most of them, not all).
·Shorter/Cheaper Stamina Regeneration Delay cost per ability/attack (most of them, not all).
·Cheaper Mana cost per ability/attack (most of them, not all).

Starky's Mjolnir by StarkyMods:

Adds the Captain America's Shield with lots of combat,
meele and ranged, awesome visuals and immersive sounds!

If this mod is installed and active,
the player will be able to execute unique attacks, skills, behaviors.

-Blocking another's player/enemy attack (holding Mjolnir) with Cap's Shield
will execute a visual shockwave that will push far away everyone,
even the player that was bloking the attack.
Deals no damage (has a 20s cooldown).

When the player has equipped Mjolnir(right hand) and Cap's Shield(left hand):

-Custom Guard Bash attack (inspired in Avengers: Age of Ultron)
Hold "RIGHT CLICK" + "LEFT CLICK", this will execute a shockwave pushing
enemies far away and dealing damage (55).

-Mjolnir thrown at Cap's Shield (already thrown) will cause a shockwave impact
that will damage and stun enemies around (94).

-Crouch + Hold "RIGHT CLICK" + "LEFT CLICK" will always
execute Spin Swing left attack (26).

-Custom alternative primary attacks combo ("LEFT CLICKS") for
Mjolnir including Shield attacks (23)(26).

-HOLD "RIGHT CLICK" + STOP HOLDING "LEFT CLICK" after 0.5s will still
execute Cap's Shield Left Hand Throw (42).

-"LEFT CLICK" in a small time window during the flight back of Cap's Shield
to execute the "Mjolnir Rethrow" with a unique
swing animation hitting the Cap's Shield.

-"Player in the air" + Hold "RIGHT CLICK" + "LEFT CLICK" will execute
the Mjonir's Upgraded Downstrike (82).

-Alternative way to execute Cast L,ightning Strikes skill
with Crouch + ABILITY 3 Key (R by default) (31).

Zephyr and Perfect Dodges by narwhals:

Zephyr is an incredible unique movement mod (includes dodge/dash moves too).
Perfect Dodges allows players to dodge/dash enemy attacks.

If one (or both) of these mods are installed and active,
the player will be able to dodge with Mjolnir in the main hand
when pressing "ABILITY 2 KEY" (E by default).
Don't worry, the Bifrost Tunnel will always summon
when holding "ABILITY 2 KEY" for 0.8s.
(If none of these mods are active, the player won't be
able to dodge when pressing "ABILITY 2 KEY", the Bifrost Tunnel
will summon instead and same when holding the key for 0.8s).

Endless Leveling by Airijko:
Massive Leveling mod including classes, races, augments, etc.

(Best Endless Leveling Classes for Mjolnir are Juggernaut / Vanguard).

---All Mjolnir damages will be automatically increased
if Endless Leveling mod from Airijko is installed and active
(this system also checks more mods to increase the Mjolnir damages).

It will open Mjolnir's UI Menu,

Only OP players can use this command.
If disabled, OP player will still be able to craft Mjolnir.

It will always open Mjolnir's UI Menu (Display).

CONFIG FILES

Starky's Mjolnir mod generates a "Mjolnir_Starky" folder
in your world/server folder, in which you will find
some generated config files that you can edit to your liking!
(Much easier to edit all these in the new UI Menu).

EDITABLE CRAFTING RECIPE

You can fully customize to your liking the Mjolnir's crafting recipe
in the "mjolnircraft.json" file.
(Much easier to edit in the new UI Menu).
It will update the crafting recipe
automatically once the file has been saved.
No need to restart.
Changes apply to all players in the world/server.

EDITABLE DURABILITY

You can customize to your liking the Mjolnir's durability
in the "mjolnircraft.json" file.
(Much easier to edit in the new UI Menu).
It will update the durability automatically
once the file has been saved.

Changes apply to all Mjolnirs in the world/server.
It applies instantly to:
Mjolnirs in online player's inventories,
Mjolnirs dropped on the floor in loaded chunks,
Mjolnirs inside chests/containers in loaded chunks
and of course to all new crafted Mjolnirs.
Also, it should apply to all Mjolnir in offline players
when they comeback online the next time,
and to all mjolnir in not loaded chunks
once these chunks are loaded again.

You can customize to your liking the Mjolnir's damages of each attack
(even "Overcharged Mode" damages) in the "mjolnirdamages.json" file.
(Much easier to edit in the new UI Menu).
It will update all damages
automatically once the file has been saved.

You can customize to your liking the Mjolnir's launch forces
of the Launcher and the Glider abilities
in the "mjolnirdamages.json" file.
Also, you can customize the PowerSwing Knockback Force! (NEW)
(Much easier to edit in the new UI Menu).
It will update all launch forces
automatically once the file has been saved.
No need to restart.
Changes apply to all Mjolnirs in the world/server.

TOGGLE SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS (NEW)

You can toggle to your liking all Mjolnir's skills/abilities and
some behaviors in the "mjolnirconfig.json" file.
(Much easier to edit in the new UI Menu).
It will apply live automatically
once the file has been saved.
No need to restart.
Changes apply to all Mjolnirs in the world/server.

RE-ASSIGN KEY BINDS FOR SKILLS (NEW)

You can re-assign some skills key binds to your liking

INFO

As you can see, a fully customized weapon, from attacks, skills and customization, to animations, particles and sounds! Feels, looks and sounds great.

We recommend trying the mod yourself so you can experience the whole thing, or at least watch the full video to get a closer idea of what you are downloading.

Open to feedback:

We'd like to give balance to our Mjolnir so can fit in Hytale correctly as the meta, so if you think it's way too powerful please let us know! We do not want it to be way too powerful that could ruin the player's Hytale experience. So for now, we aim to make Mjolnir slightly better than Adamantite weapons, but Mjolnir will change once "Mithril" goes live so it stays as the stronger Hytale weapon compared to vanilla ones.

Actual plan for Mjolnir once Mithril goes live:

The Mjolnirs that players have crafted before that update will not get our changes into damage values if we feel we also need to change the crafting recipe. In this case, this "old Mjolnir" will be renamed as Mjolnir (Crude) or something like that. So a "new Mjolnir" item called Mjolnir will get added to the mod with this changes into damage values and the crafting recipe.

If we introduce new skills for Mjolnir after this update, probably we will introduce this new skills into the "old Mjolnir" too if we think is balanced.

Known Issues:

-As in Creative Mode(only) the player can use the Launcher infinitely, the player will start to levitate/float upwards, it will no stop unless the player manually stops it. It works as intented in Adventure Mode.

-The Cast Lightning skill effects move with players hands, so if the character decides to move his hand a few cm, the player will see the lightning not in the correct direction. Idle animations cause this issue many times, it's just visual, as the skill always executes forwards.

-Mod conflict (Throw Mjolnir bug) with some Recover Arrows mods. Trying to solve it.

Planned features:

-We have planned a big Combat Update for Mjolnir, in which you will have much better attacks and animations, feeling much more realistic and heroic!

-We might add Mana Regeneration Delay to all the attacks/skills consuming Mana.

-We might create 4 custom crafteable Mjolnir pieces that would be necessary to craft the Mjolnir instead of the actual Crafting Recipe.

-We need more ideas! Give us cool ideas!

-We are planning to bring you many many mods at StarkyMods.

Of course Mjolnir can block attacks by wielding

as most weapons in Hytale.

But attacking while blocking/wielding will

make the player execute an upgraded Downstrike.

With a cool front flip, the attack will hit the ground with

enough power to summon a lightning strike and

Deals 82 damage per enemy in a 5.5m radius.

Enemies will be set on fire for ~3s.

POWER SWING
