StackWise-1.2.0.jar
What's new
StackWise 1.2.0 — Global Stack Multiplier
New Features
- Added the new
MULTIPLIERglobal stack mode. - Stack limits can now be calculated from each item's original limit:
min(cap, floor(original limit × multiplier))
- Added a configurable multiplier from
1.0to999999.0. - Added a configurable multiplier cap from
1to999999. - The original
FIXEDmode remains available and continues using one global value. - Explicit
SETrules still take priority and may exceed the multiplier cap. EXCLUDErules continue preserving the item's original limit.- Originally non-stackable items remain protected from the global fallback.
Live Configuration Updates
- Stack increases now apply immediately after saving or reloading the configuration.
- Changing from multiplier mode to a higher fixed limit no longer requires a server restart.
- Increasing the multiplier, such as from
4xto5x, now updates items immediately. - Runtime item changes are synchronized with connected clients.
- Updated item data is also refreshed for players who connect afterward.
- Reductions still respect
allowDecreasesandallowRuntimeDecreases. - When a reduction cannot be applied safely, StackWise reports that a server restart may be required.
Administration Interface
- Redesigned the Global Settings page for a cleaner and more organized layout.
- Added a dedicated global stack mode selector.
- Mode explanations now change according to the selected option.
- Only the fields used by the selected global mode are displayed.
- Multiplier and cap fields are now arranged vertically for better readability.
- Moved the save button to a persistent footer.
- Replaced the old close button with Hytale's native-style corner close button.
- Improved alignment, spacing and contextual hints throughout the page.
Configuration Migration
- Updated the configuration schema to
configVersion: 2. - StackWise automatically migrates valid version 1 configurations.
- Existing servers remain in
FIXEDmode after migration, preserving StackWise 1.1 behavior. - Existing rules, commands, limits and safety settings are preserved.
- Migration adds a default multiplier of
2.0and cap of999. - A timestamped
config.before-v2backup is created before migration. - Invalid or unsupported configurations cannot replace the active configuration.
- Future unknown configuration versions continue to be rejected safely.
Additional Improvements
- Added validation for global mode, multiplier and multiplier cap.
- Added localized labels, hints and validation messages in all supported languages.
- Updated operation logs and restart warnings.
- Updated the example configuration and project documentation.
- Expanded automated coverage for multiplier calculations, rule precedence, migration, runtime changes, external-mod conflicts and UI contracts.
