Rail bender

This mod makes rails interactable, and interacting with a rail bends it to the next state, cycling them.

Note:
Breaking/adding a block or otherwise creating a "block update" next to a modified rail will cause it to revert to its "natural" state, whether that's a straight rail or connecting to other rails, and will need to be bent again.

It's simple.

2 different versions of the mod are available:
1. Regular version allows you to press F to interact and cycle rail states freely, holding anything.
2. Hammer version locks that functionality to using the hammer on rails, while keeping its block texture cycling capability. (You can only state change rails with the hammer in this version, prevents accidental state changing when trying to get on the mine cart.)
