Fire staff uses charcoal

Currently, without mana implemented, it uses "fire essence", which is too expensive for a worse, magical fire flavoured bow. This changes the ammo to charcoal.

-Flame crystal staff's ammo changed from "fire essence" to "charcoal".
-Secondary fire (flamethrower) uses 0.3 durability per tick, instead of 0.5 like regular fireballs, to account for the faster fire rate.

This also incentivizes exploring the towns in the devastated lands region to cut down "burnt wheat" for charcoal.
