🆕 Features
• Buffer-zone halo on the world map and claim-map UI.

• Region/claim/wilderness transition notification HUD as an alternative to the title.
    └ Switch with notification_mode: title (default), hud, both, none.
    └ Animated entry/exit: slide, fade, pop, or none.
    └ Configurable anchor (TopLeft/TopCenter/TopRight/Center/BottomLeft/BottomCenter/BottomRight)
        └ and pixel offsets for fine positioning.
    └ Animation duration and visible duration configurable in ms.
    └ Routes through MultipleHUD when present so it co-exists with other HUDs.

• /Claim Info now shows the region/claim id.

• New commands
    └ claim addmember username group regionid
    └ region settenant username|clear [regionId [duration]]

🖥 UI
• Claim map UI has been reworked so all player functions are through this UI.

• New HUD for Claim Title announcements.
    └ Enable it in the config.

• Fixed:
    └ Owner and Member bypassing disabled flags.
