🆕 Features
• Per-claim "Allow Adjacent Claims" toggle - waives the minimum-distance check so neighbors can claim right up against you. Off by default.

• Claim Shards - purple currency item (QuestLinesClaims_ClaimShard).
    └ Spend via /claim buychunk [count] to raise your chunk limit (chunk_cost_shards per chunk, default 32). Stored as bonus chunks.

• New config: chunk_cost_shards. Admin: /claim giveshards [amount].

🐛 Fixes
• Disabled flags no longer suppress admin regions (player claims only).
