• Fixed:
    └ Buy regions now handle prefabs properly
        └ prefabs are created upon claim creation.
        └ prefab is restored upon selling of the claim
    └ Rental regions had no way to renew the rental.

• New:
    └ Buy regions now have a confirmation popup for selling the claim to prevent accidental click.
    └ Rental tenants can now Renew their lease (top-up while active, or unlock during grace).
    └ Auto-Renew toggle on rentals: when enabled and the lease expires, the tenant
        └ is charged the rent price and the lease extends by another full duration;
        └ if they cannot pay, normal lock + grace behavior takes over and auto-renew
        └ keeps retrying each tick during grace.
    └ New /claim rentbuy "Manage" button on your own rental opens a lease management page
        └ with Renew Now, Auto-Renew toggle, Members, and Abandon controls.
