Perfect Parries - Souls-Like Parrying

Adds a souls/RPG precision combat mechanic where if you block at the instant where you are supposed to take damage (perfect parry), you don't lose stamina, deflect some damage, and eventually stun the attacker upon exhausting their stamina.

- fixed counterattack window detection
- significantly improved stun and stagger effects (not visual)
- added language based entity effects to support collaboration with FireMobs
  - only Spanish for now, but in the future, more language support will be added based on necessity (whatever boss mods I partner with)
- added a custom_entity_stamina so non-vanilla mobs can also have a stamina system applied to them
- fixed compatability issues with mods that modify weapon (that can parry) animations
- implemented parry chains (like sekiro) where if you just parried, there will be a short 50ms window where you will auto parry
  - think this is fitting for hytale as well especially since there is a system cooldown between each block
- changed ui file location and name(might solve compatability issues with other mods with UI)
- fixed singleplayer critical damage not being processed properly
- implemented parry spam prevention so one can't just spam right click to parry
- significantly improved interaction/CAE/CS locking efficiency
