HitSplat effect from Old School Runescape. Damage goes from 0-999. "Blue 0 damage splat" when hitting an enemy that is blocking.

Added command /hitsplat This will show a menu to change size and height of the particles.

Configuration is per-player and will not save across sessions (this is however on my to-do list).
