HitSplat effect from Old School Runescape. Damage goes from 0-999. "Blue 0 damage splat" when hitting an enemy that is blocking.

Description

Hitsplats from old school runescape.
Hitsplats with the amount of damage dealt from 0 to 999.
When you hit an enemy that is blocking you will get the blue 0 damage hitsplat. Goblin with hitsplat

Configure size and height via the command /hitsplat These settings are per player and are persistent between server-restarts/game sessions.
