Added a Server Version so the new "incompatible" system stops crying about nothing evven though the mod still worked fine..... This will probably have to have an update for EVERY hytale update now even if nothing in this mod breaks in each update.......

NOTE: NOTHING ELSE was changed in this update, the VeinReplace still has some issues so modders should still use ore Rules for now, this is just a hot patch so people can keep playing without the warning. Im working on some more things before i push an update for veinReplace system.
