Removed a "mod update check" that would run everytime a new chunk was loaded or if the menu was opened again that was in place during development intentionally (I was testing adding ores without having to reload the game to inject them but it was causing lag for some)  i just forgot to remove it prior to release. This should fix server Lag and stop your Log from being spammed with loop mod checks.

Updated the readme inside the jar to tell people to mark this mod as a dependency on curseforge when uploading their mod.

Removed some old commands that no longer existed from the /cog Guide commands ui

Updated Curseforge to allow 3rd party sites to list this mod so it will hopefully now show as availible for Servers like Gportal that have a curseforge browser built into them.
