Myrlin

First release.

• /myrlin get <code>: add the models you made on Myrlin Forge to your world by their code. One item per model; a newer code for the same pack updates it in place; packs come back after a restart.
• /myrlin: your Myrlin library on this server.
• Downloads only asset packs (models, textures, data), checked by SHA-256, and only when a player types a code.
• Known in Hytale 0.7.2: props and blocks look pink and black until you leave and join the world again.
