Made it so the part builder accepts any type of stone
Added leveling to tools (leveling up will give you more modifier slots)
Nerfed some existing combat related upgrades to balance the new modifier slot increase from leveling
Added the tailoring bench which is a way to modify visuals of items from Vanilla, Magic and Machines, MnM Forge and MnM Industrial
