Fixed shortbows with no speed upgrades not consuming arrows

Added new ores that naturally spawn

Added a Coke Oven Multiblock for turning coal (one of the newly added ores) into coal coke

Added a Lava Tank which is required for the Smeltery and Coke Oven, this can be filled by placing it on a lava source (or if you have Magic and Machines 1.2+1 or later installed with other methods)

Added Runtime Asset Creation for Models, Textures and Icons, reducing the mod file size and load time by a lot (allowing for less than half the size with almost double the amount of parts and upgrades).

Added new Alloys that can be made inside the forge.

Added new upgrades and such for the ores and alloys that were added.

Added a Tutorial Book.

Added Optional Magic and Machines Compatability with version 1.2+1 and on, this entails the following:

Lava Tank can be filled/drained with hose

Lava Tank can be filled with the 'Lava' token

Seared Basalt Brick Controller works with an item Receiver

Coke Oven Controller works with an item receiver and item transmitter

Made it so the Tinkering Table and Part Builder can pull from the ME system

Made it so an interactor can properly interact with a Casting Table and Casting Faucet

Added a method of setting x number liquid to the top through blood mana signal strength (eg. if you give a signal with a strength of 3 it would move the third liquid to the top).
