MMOSkillTree-0.12.2.jar
What's new
v0.12.2
Quest Expansion
- Branching prerequisites - Quest prerequisites now support AND/OR grouping for branching storylines. Create paths where players choose between different quest branches, then converge later
- Mixed sequential and parallel objectives - Assign order values to objectives so some can be done in parallel while later stages wait for earlier ones to complete
- Structured reward types - Quest rewards now support XP grants, and boost tokens alongside commands, each with a display name in the quest UI
- Quest tags - Tag quests for organization and filtering in the UI
Custom Skill Wizard
- Command Rewards step replaces Item Requirements in the wizard - Step 3 of the Custom Skill Wizard now lets you configure command rewards (commands that run when the skill levels up) instead of item level requirements. Add rewards with a level trigger, command, and optional display name. Commands support
{player},{level},{skill}, and{totalLevel}placeholders. The/prefix is auto-added if missing
Localization
- Buff labels and stats bar fully localized - Skill card buff labels (HP, DMG, CRIT, etc.), stats bar values, and tier progress text are now localized in all 9 languages
Combat
- Combat XP requires hostility for unconfigured mobs - Mobs not listed in
mods/mmoskilltree/mob-kill-xp.jsonmust now be hostile toward the player to award combat XP. This prevents farming passive and neutral creatures like target dummies for weapon XP. All 170+ default mob entries (critters through bosses) award XP regardless of hostility. Kill-Only mode is unaffected
Quest Notifications
- Per-player quest notification level - Control how many quest progress notifications you receive from the Settings page. Choose from All (every progress tick), Milestones (25%, 50%, 75%), Objectives (objective completions only), Quests (quest completions only), or None (suppress all)
Quest Page Improvements
- Quest descriptions always visible - Quest descriptions now show below the quest name without expanding, making it easier to identify quests at a glance
- Larger expand toggle - The expand/collapse button is now bigger with a visible background, hover effects, and click sound
- Clearer objective ordering label - "Complete by step" renamed to "Complete each step in order" for mixed sequential/parallel objectives
Bug Fixes
- Fixed accepting more quests than the max active limit - The Accept button no longer bypasses the max active quests check. When accepting a quest brings you to the limit, remaining Accept buttons are correctly hidden
- Fixed total level calculation in the API - The total level returned by the API now correctly matches the value shown on the XP page and leaderboard (sum of individual skill levels)
- Fixed skill tree XP and luck rewards applying to all skills instead of the intended skill - Bonus XP, Luck, and other skill-targeted rewards claimed from skill trees were incorrectly boosting every skill. For example, claiming "+3% Mining XP" would also grant +3% XP to Swords, Acrobatics, and all other skills. Across many claimed rewards this could stack to 2-3x XP on all skills. Rewards now correctly apply only to their intended skill. Existing overrides are automatically migrated
- Fixed boost activation command executing duplicate /say message - Activating a global XP boost would run both a hardcoded
/sayannouncement and your configured custom command, causing duplicate messages. The default/saynow only fires when the custom boost activation command is disabled or set to personal-only scope
